Abu Dhabi Expo Fitness Challenge
The forthcoming fitness competition in Abu Dhabi promises to be a truly unique event, designed with the aim of engaging the entire community in a spirited blend of competition and enjoyment. Teams comprising three individuals will be vying for victory across three distinct stages, each encompassing various facets of fitness, including endurance, mobility, and strength. These meticulously crafted workout routines have been expertly curated by our team of professionals at ARENA Fitness and 316 Sports Services, who collectively boast more than a decade of experience in programming and organizing fitness competitions.
The competition will be set over two days: the first day will primarily cater to government entities, while the second day will be open to the wider public and communities. We are anticipating the participation of over 100 teams, totaling approximately 300 participants over the course of these two exciting days. Moreover, we are expecting an enthusiastic audience of more than 1,000 attendees, adding to the electric atmosphere of this grand fitness event.
The primary objective of this event remains to introduce and immerse local communities in the vibrant world of fitness while providing them with the opportunity to experience the thrill of competing on a grand stage. A. Government Teams - November 4, 2023
* Teams of Three - 3 Male Team / 3 Female Team
B. Community Teams - November 5, 2023
* Teams of Three - 2 Male + 1 Female Team (Age Bracket: 18+)

The competition is to begin at 12 PM
